born in January 28, 1956 in Liuyang City, Hunan Province. 

Member of the Communist Party of China, national second-level professor, doctoral supervisor, and director of the National and Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Electrical Digital Design Technology. 

An expert enjoying special government allowance from the State Council and a contemporary Chinese inventor. 

Since 1995, the school has closely integrated industry-university-research scientific and technological research work, trained 20 doctors and more than 150 masters, and trained more than 200 senior engineering and technical personnel for cooperative enterprises.
